Nosy O'donnell

Someone with a huge nose that adds to a person's head weight by a couple pounds. Normal humans have brains in the middle of the skull but Nosy O'donnells have the brain right next to their nose. They tend to sniff around like dogs because their ancestors are half Blood Hound and half human. Finally, their noses are like a third hand and have superpowers.
