a phrase used to describe a situation or something that has happened that is/was just simply amazing. mainly used by Scots, but anyone from anywhere is allowed to use it.

jock: AW MAN, THAT PARTY WAS AMAZINNNNN'
boaby: AYE, IT WAS PURE OOT THE BEEF!
jock: say whut, now?
boaby: IT WAS OOT THE BEEF!!
jock: WOOOOOOOOP
