Snarky, dismissive and/or patronizing variation of "Oh honey" used by one person in conversation with another in response to the latters' plight in any given scenario usually meant to half heartedly agree or sympathise with the latter.

-"I'm having a horrible day at work, hate my boyfriend, got in a car accident today and have no reason to live anymore."

-"Oh hinny!"
