Oliver the fat shit

This is used to describe someone called Oliver who is a fat shit who should jump of a cliff because of their lifestyle of eating. He does nothing but eat he will never unfortunately have sex because he is so fat he will just belly bounce the lady and he has a shrivelled penis. And when ordering food he gets his ruler out to measure which cake is the biggest
