Olivia Syndrome

When a girl becomes less cute and brain piercingly annoying the more you hear their voice. Girls afflicted are usually reasonably attractive while silent but as soon as they open their mouth, expect bodies to hit the floor... It is recommended for such girls to only ever open their mouths once a year in public and only to brush and eat in private.

She fine but damn she got that Olivia Syndrome, I could feel my brain slipping out of my ear when she read her speech in class.
