Oral Turgidity is a condition that affects certain public and political persons such as Donald Trump. The condition is manifested through constant failure to put together a rational cogent statement, identifying opponents using childish nicknames, meandering confabulated statements and made up terms such as Covfefe.

Donald Trump suffeers from oral turgidity. He said “I will build a great wall—and nobody builds walls better than me, believe me—and I’ll build them very inexpensively. I will build a great, great wall on our southern border, and I will make Mexico pay for that wall. Mark my words.”
