Peruvian slang for refering to your close friends. Pata literally means "leg" from any undefined thing or animal, it's used because, well, you can't go have fun anywhere without your "legs". By extension, pata got the same use as "guy" in english.

Español: Voy a pasar el rato con mis patas.
English: I'm going to hang out with my friends.

Español: ¿Quién es el pata en esta foto?
English: Who's this guy in the photo?

Pata sucia

Spanish for "dirty foot" that's used in Latin America to insult someone by calling them Dirty/Gross (most of the times that's the case, but it can also be used sometimes just as an insult even if the person is clean). Mothers may call their children this a lot if they're not wearing some kind of shoes at home.

You can say "don't be Pata Sucia" or "don't be A Pata Sucia". Both are fine
