Any midscale Asian restaurant that one visits on a contingency basis when one could not secure a reservation, or when one does not feel like waiting for a table, at PF Chang's.

Ben: "I've been thinking about stuffing my pie hole with PF Chang's all freaking day long, but there is NO WAY we are waiting for an hour for table."
Noah: "No worries, dude. There are like 3 PF Chongs in a 2-mile radius."
