A derogatory term to insult an ugly wrinkly person who is MAD disrespectful and smart mouthed. Palpa is a slang word originating from the roots of Mexico. (Mostly used in the bay area)
Person 1: You’re so ugly!
Person 2: Get out of here you Palpa, you don’t belong in these streets dawg!
