Panama Transfer

Getting totally screwed over. When something turns out poorly or doesn't work. Getting in a bad situation that you didn't realize would be bad. When something is a complete and total clusterfuck.

"So I went to that party, and my ex was there talking to the girl I like."
"Oh dude, Panama Transfer!"

"Lisa was about to hook up with that guy she likes but he passed out. It was a total Panama Transfer."

"I just got Panama Transferred at the DMV."
