Someone (mostly a research professor) who could go to any extent to get his pointless research published.

My prof is such a "Paper Whore" material, he would even suck my dingy dong to get his work done.

A person who is constantly giving out paper from their notebook to every person in class

Joe: "Hey Sam, can I have some paper?"

Matt: "Yeah, me too!"
Sam: "Dammit...I'm such a paper whore!"

A boss that gives you papers for no reason, either disciplinary or randomly, in a way that is not very helpful for you.
