A day (most always wednesday) where everyone at your school, work, etc., wear a peacoat.

Will: Hey is tomorrow Peacoat Wednesday?
Anthony: Is tomorrow Wednesday?
Will: Why yes it is!
Anthony: Then of course it is! Every Wednesday is Peacoat Wednesday!
