Peen Troll

A person who excessively seeks out male genitalia, or sex with men. A peen troll is often considered to be thirsty or slutty.

Person 1: "Have you met Bella? She is constantly trying to pick up guys!"
Person 2: "Yeah, she's quite the Peen Troll."
