A penguin walk occurs when an intrepid young fellow attempts to start the crapping process in one toilet and then finish the crapping process in another toilet. The manner in which the individual walks from one toilet to the next toilet, with pants around ankles, resembles the gait of a penguin.
My girlfriend was so pissed at me - I penguin walked from the first floor bathroom to the second floor bathroom and filled all our bathrooms with crap.

Walking with a problem in bending your knees so it looks like your walking like a penguin. Usually happens after a knee injury.
