Phlegm Gem

When you cough & some lung butter flies out of your mouth w/o touching your lips, you may or may not know it happens, but you look anyway.

I was talking to some hot guys, I accidentally coughed out of nowhere, & a phlegm gem flew out of my mouth & on their table! They were mortified!
