When you have a light itch between your butt cheeks that you constantly scratch and then becomes a rash forming around the ring of the shit hole. then referred to as "Plumbers Itch"

Man I got really bad plumbers itch at work today after wiping my ass with my sock and sweating alol day. It's the worst!!!
