A serious affliction where by the affected individual is unable to absorb more information than contained in a standard meme or headline, especially when the provided information is what the individual wants to believe, whether it is factual or not - although typically it is not.

Safety Brad used to be able to reason until he came down with Poilievre Syndrome, now his mental capacity is that of a meme.
