Someone who habitually buys large amounts of chlorine, most often in the form of two and a half gallon jugs, on a frequent basis.

Person 1: I bought 12 chlorine jugs three days ago, I bought 12 more yesterday, and I plan on buying 12 more today.

Person 2: You're turning into a Pool Goon man.
