“Pulling a Mez” refers to proposing to a woman you have never spoken to in your life over a very small thing, IE proposing to a female classmate, who you’ve never spoken to before, playing minecraft.

Girl: That guy is looking at me strangely..
Girl 2: Watch out, he might be Pulling a Mez
