Puppet Legs

When a weightlifter develops his upper body to be heavily muscled, and never trains his legs which are inordinately undersized by comparison.

Jim: "Hey Steve look at that guido muscle head training his upper body for the 5th time this week. He needs to start training his legs."

Steve: "Well that's exactly why everybody calls him Puppet Legs!"
