The spot where South Side High School kids go and drink. The police claim they have lowered bridge behavior but in reality all that’s happened is local parents have stopped bitching about it to police. Never be shocked if you see dozens of High schoolers passing a bridge over peninsula blvd on a Friday or Saturday night
