When you stay up really late and your eyes start to feel like raisins (i.e. rough and dry).

Raisin Eye

A shriveled eye that resembles a raisin from over exposure to the air(i.e. lack of blinking).

Dude I was drinking hard last night and puked in my eye. From what I understand I then I managed to pass out with my eye stuck open. In the morning I went to the ER and they had to rehydrate my Raisin Eye.
