Ramblin' Jack Elliott (b. 1931) is the world's greatest folksinger. He is the bridge between Woody Guthrie and Bob Dylan and is actually the person who taught both Dylan, as well as Arlo Guthrie, Woody's material since Guthrie died early. An accomplished guitarist, he is known for his solid flatpicking skills.

Me: Uh, yeah, well, he's no Ramblin' Jack Elliott.
