Residue Baby

A residue baby is an infant born to a mother that used narcotics up until the discovery of her pregnancy. The baby is not a full-blown crack baby, but a residue baby.

What is wrong with that baby? It seems to be slightly twitching abnormally.
It's a residue baby! The mother was high on crack until the day she found out she was pregnant.
