Ride the Buffalo

Yelling "Ride the Buffallo!" and then jumping on an unsuspecting victim, Usually a friend, and essentially forcing them to give you a piggy back ride or collapse.

"Whoa, Bob just crushed George! George never expected someone would wanna ride the buffalo while he was just standing there eating his lunch!"

Ride the buffalo

Do a 5 year prison sentence. I heard this in county jail in Ohio in the 1970s. A career criminal on parole used it. It was a synonym for "Do a nickel". That's because the 5¢ piece from 1913 through 1938 was called the Indian Head Nickel and had an American bison aka buffalo on the reverse. To quote him, "I can't ride the fucking buffalo again."

I can't ride the buffalo again.
