A person who walks straight into the road whilst texting, safe in the knowledge that his/her mobile phone generates a force-field that will protect them from cycle couriers going about their business.

I was cycling down Regent Street yesterday, when this Road Texter stepped out in front of me and nearly knocked me off my bike.
