Phrase used in response to one who is or who is about to get very nerdy, scientific, or boring.

Guy 1: Hey Todd, I'm on my way to a session of D&D. This week we're LARPing and raiding the storehouse of the orcs to find the mithril armor they stole from the elves.

Guy 2: (sarcastically) Oh boy, sounds like a blast. Rock out with your Spock out.
