n. or adj. A pejorative of the Average Joe or some other boring character. Derives from how most people perceive normal room temperature - common, uninteresting, usually indistinguishable, unappreciated.

To describe someone or something that is mid, average, or just ok.
Anything boring or not that special is “room temp”.
Person 1: “How do you like his new album?”
Person 2: “Eh, it’s room temp.”

A slang term used by psychology majors to refer to those levels of cogitive ability that are borderline, but not quite low enough to be considered mentally retarded. Specifically, this refers to those in the 70-80 range.
