Rosie and a Rita

Rosie refers to cockney rhyming slang - rosie lea which means cup of tea, rita is also another female name with the same first letter which if said in a cockney(working class london) accent sounds like reefer.who doesnt enjoy this wanderful combination?

'Ive had such a crap day at work'
'A rosie and a rita will sort you right out'
