When the quality of your sleep is just awful. You toss and turn, wake and fall back to sleep a little, wake again, restless leg syndrome, cant breathe, have anxiety, continue to toss and turn, even try hot tea and hot showers... still toss and turn until its bright outside. Typically happens after consuming sugar or waking up after being drunk and not being able to go back to sleep.

Sabrina: oh i slept like a rock, maybe should stop getting drunk at 6 pm and passing out, only to wake at 1257 am.. hehehehe, wouldnt have to worry about that there rotten sleep.
