When you randomly slap mashed potato's on someone's plate. But you don't work at the restaurant.
When you have a large bowl of potatoes and randomly scoop potatoes onto plates while not employed at the restaurant and singing “Scoopski Potatoes”.
Steve: What are you doing?
Joseph: I’m doing some Scoopski Potatoes.
