Usually worn but not limited to bars, clubs, or social gathering where high numbers of attractive females tend to congregate. Commonly mistakn for a shirt you stole from your 12 yr.old brother.

an item that fits you but it fits you just perfectly it cannot be one size or better yet one inch smaller. It is usually tight fitting and usually refers to a tee shirt hugging the arms, just touching the belt buckle.
