SV (Scroll Velocity) , refers to the niche gameplay type found in popular rhythm games such as Quaver, Osu Mania, and NotITG.
SV is commonly seen as a hinderance in these games, as levels (or mapsets, maps, charts ect.) that feature SV effects are much harder to complete and or understand, thus causing many players to avoid it.
The reason SV maps are harder to complete is because: The notes (that usually move at a set speed) now change their speed (not randomly though, they are created with thought after all) This speed changing can range greatly, notes might move faster than can be seen, or move so slowly that all the notes appear in the same space. using combinations of positive and negative values, many SV effects have been created.

A School That sucks. Everyday I go into just to regret waking up. We pay this school $5000 for one years tuition and we get a god damn cheese stick for lunch. The school puts religion before anything and everything so they donate the money that is made to the archdiocese. If I have to go to this school for another damn day im gonna cry.
