Sad Toast

A toasted piece of bread that is un-buttered and has no jelly on it or has had a bite taken out of it.
This term is often used as a sympathy expression.

Donny: Man, another girl rejected me.
Corey: Sad toast :'(

Aaron: I'm having a really bad day today.
Tim: Sad Toast :'(
