An unlucky person (specifically usually picked on by the teacher). In the anime, Strawberry Marshmallow, a student named Sasazuka is always picked on by his teacher to stand in the hallway as a punishment for doing absolutely nothing wrong.

Jason: The teacher made you redo the homework she lost after she scolded you for holding a pen.
