An inclined area of New York City's Harlem neighborhood that is bounded by 127th Street to the south up to 130th Street as its northern border. St. Nicholas Terrace (NOT St. Nicholas Avenue), which runs alongside the western edge of St. Nicholas Park, demarcates its eastern side while Convent Avenue marks The Hill's western side.
Like much of Harlem, there is a disproportionately large amount of dog shit in relation to the rest of New York, despite signs warning of a $1000 fine for not cleaning up after your dog.
Alternative spelling: $crilla Hill
Also referred to by some as "The Hill"
Never in my life have I seen such an abundance of canine feces as I have in the three blocks it takes to walk up Scrilla Hill.
