When a person hate or discriminates their own race.
Or calls out a person and adding their race in a hateful way when they are the same race as well.
Sometimes used by SJW's or people dedicated in race politics.

Being racist to oneself (yourself) to make dark jokes or state out racial stereotypes. Often to be meant humorous.

Black Person: Ayo homie, what you can't see in the dark?
Non-black Person: Nothing?

Asian Person: Hey, do you want me to speak in my language?
