Shadow people are what manifests in a personโ€™s imagination after theyโ€™ve been awake for approximately 72+ hours on methamphetamine. The exact purpose for their existence and/or intentions of aforementioned shadow people vary considerably from tweaker to tweaker depending on their mindset upon โ€œseeingโ€ them.

Tweaker #1: โ€œDude, can u take a look out the blinds real quick? I swear I just saw someone looking in at us!โ€

Tweaker #2: โ€œCalm down bro, theyโ€™re just shadow people. They canโ€™t hurt you.โ€
