When a person takes a shit and doesn't wipe their ass they become a Shittybutt. Its common for Shittybutts to not shower as well.

Chris- "Do you ever wipe your ass Justin."
Justin- "No."
Chris- "You Shittybutt piece of dick."
Justin- "At least I showered this week."
