Shuichi Effect

It's the action/belief that Shuichi Saihara looks attractive with and without a hat on.

"Hey Timmie, why do I think Shuichi looks fine with and without a hat on?"
"Well Tommy, it's because of the Shuichi Effect"

Shuichi Effect

The Shuichi effect refers to a common inconsistency that can be seen in fanart for the character Shuichi Saihara, specifically the fact that his eyes have radically different colors from fanart to fanart.
This term can also be used to denote similar occurrences in other kinds of art/fanart

Jon Smith: Dude don't you find it weird that every time I search for fanart of Shuichi his eye color is different.
Harrington: Oh are you talking about the 'Shuichi effect'?
