Siamese Eel

Siamese Eel refers to a rare sex act with a man that has two penises. The 2nd penis can be either natural, as in the popular Reddit post where a man with two functioning penises created an Ask Me Anything, or artificial.

The term was recently popularized in the show Schitt’s Creek where the character, Moira Rose, feared her series of “tasteful nudes” were leaked on the internet. One of the search terms of the photos were Siamese Eel.
