An awkward looking, uncoordinated fish that unintentionally runs into walls and other obstacles. Also used to make fun of a person who is uncoordinated.

Guy: Dude, he runs into the wall all the time, it always makes things really awkward.
Girl: Sounds like he's a Siedlecki Fish.
