The biggest sket/skit of them all. Often stupid, less attractive than she thinks and very wiling to put out at any given time.

a combination of sket, waste cadet, and general. Basically saying that they are the generals, or rulers, of waste cadets and skets. A rather serious insult.

Adam: Hey Matt, you seen that girl Emily?
Matt: No, why?
Adam: She's a sket cadet general fo' sure!
