a snide remark used to suggest that the root cause of a problem lies with the incompetence / lack of skill of the person expressing said problem.
it is often used cheekily and ironically in response to situations where the problem genuinely lies outside of the person's control, for the purposes of trolling.

Used to say someone is not sufficiently skilled in some videogame. Commonly used in multiplayer games, when someone dies or fails in a remarkably unintelligent way.

The willingness to do something but does not have the capability or lack the skill needed. Usually, this is described to someone who is bad at something.
