Smut Spiral

When a piece of media, generally written fiction, is mostly non-smut, then when the author eventually adds smut, it begins to overcome the story until it is more smut than anything else.

“Did you like Cherry Blossoms After Winter?”
“Yeah, but there was a big Smut Spiral.”
