an individual, group or entity whom post information via social media which reveals private information with regards to another individual, group or entity without consent, in which the consequence can be direct or indirect; negative or positive.

social pack rat

An individual who acquires large groups of aquaintances who are not essentially friends or a person you could call on.

Mary has so many friends but she's a social pack rat. No one is ever there for her .
