To “keep it spooli” is to keep it tight or on the down low, as if the subject or object was tightly wound on a spool.

A slang term for a turbocharger in the car community, mainly because of how the snail and turbocharger look alike but also funny as a snail is quite slow but a turbocharger increases horsepower enough to make a noticeable difference in the top speed of a car.
