When a person has difficulty stating what colour a character is, such as skin tone or hair. Based on the character Squidward Tentacles as most people say he is blue when the show states he is green.
"Dude I can't tell if my character's hair is yellow or green, this is some serious Squidward Syndrome"
When TV show characters such as squidward start becoming relatable the older you get
Person 1: I used to think squidward was mean, but dang is he relatable
Person 2: Sounds like squidward syndrome
