The practice hero of the bar industry, usually taking up all the air in the room trying to be the center of attention to the customers. Relishes when drunken morons call their name because it adds to their self-importance, and overcomplicates even the most basic of drinks.

A startender is a bartender that is always on point, they have the knowledge and skill set needed to make an array of fantastic cocktails. They are both friendly and fast-paced with their service. Nothing fazes a startender, no amount of volume or pressure can make a startender crack. Providing the best service and best drinks is all this bartender has on their mind. They are well liked by everyone and make good money thanks to the effort they put in behind the bar.
