Steam Dump

A "Steam Dump" is a term used when a mod developer uploads their mod to the Steam Workshop but neglects to update or maintain it over an extended period, effectively abandoning it.

"Man, that mod I downloaded last month hasn't been updated since. It's just sitting there like a steam dump."
